A ZAMPHIA 2020 mapping and listing workshop is currently underway at Mika Convention Centre in Chongwe District of Lusaka Province.

The training is attended by 50 staff from the Zambia Statistics Agency ( ZAMSTATS) formerly Central Statistics Office (CSO).

This is the group expected to form the 15 teams to be deployed for the country wide mapping and listing exercise.

The team is being trained in the use of the ZAMPHIA 2020 household listing manual and orientation on the tablets to be used during the exercise.

A pilot mapping and listing activity will be conducted from the 7th to the 10th of January in selected wards in Lusaka and Chongwe Districts.

The workshop is being facilitated by staff from ZAMSTATS with support from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
